The technological trends change very fast. If you are not able to change with technology then new technology makes you outdated. So, we have to keep an eye on the past and future trends of technology.
Initially an idea makes a concept which in turn takes shape and then we see the products based on that concept in the coming days, months or year. Enlisted below are such concept laptops which may be a trend of our future.
1:- Fujitsu’s Turn Table PC
Aspiring DJs to scratch and spin digital media files on the Turn Table PC, a prototype of a combo system from Fujitsu that can serve as a notebook or as a digital turntable.
The design calls for a 20-inch LCD screen that can be folded closed to use the turntable function. Users control the turntable by a touch screen on the outside of the notebook’s lid. Also in the future tech department, Fujistu showed the Ultra Mobile, a handheld computer with a touch screen that includes a built-in digital camera, a digital music player, and support for wireless Internet access. The same size as a CD jewel case, the Ultra Mobile uses a novel method to turn the system on and off: users rotate the front half of the machine–including the screen–45 degrees, changing the computer’s shape from a square to a star.
2:- Cario – Notebook On The Go by Anna Lopez
A slim line, lightweight concept Notebook for the mobile worker. This notebook gives the user possibility to use it without a notebook bag. As Adjusted for use in car whilst stationary to enable a work space for the business commuter. Inside the car the notebook is designed to fit the interior, Once connected into the cars system, through the notebook the user has easy access to personalize the vehicles environment and settings to their preferences. The Notebook would only work in the car while driving as a HUD (head up display) with the projector, for a safe driving. And turn into workmode while stationary and adjusted on the drivers steering wheel.
3:- Intel’s Metro NoteBook
The “metro notebook”, an ultra-thin, ultra-light laptop for the ladies. Designed to be carried over the shoulder, the sub-0.7in thick, 1kg device sports an always-on secondary display for fast info updates. Core 2 Duo, a colour non-volatile e-ink display, entirely wireless communications with reconfigurable antennae able to switch between the Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and WiMAX links the laptop’s envisaged to maintain.
4:- Fujitsu Folding Laptop
Fujitsu reckon they’ve got the ultimate UMPC licked, with this swish design for a laptop which literally folds in half to fit your pocket.
Toting extra keys inside for gaming, the half-pint lappy also packs in a finger print reader, so all your data’s secure should it slip down the back of a stranger’s sofa.
5:- Compenion Laptop Concept
Felix Schmidberger design for a laptop for 2015 with OLED touch screen. It consists of two sliding OLED screens, one of which can be used as a keyboard, where necessary. Our opinion is that while this is the nicest looking concept we have seen, we suspect that innovation will outstrip this vision significantly by then.
6:- Frog Concept Design
The Gelfrog converges style and function. The final product is rugged, yet flexible enough to be used in the classroom, in the urban jungle, or on the nature trail. Encased in a smart skin, the gelfrog displays image content from a mobile mirror, photo slide show, video projector and everything in between. Wireless technology enables immersive and interactive learning. Through video capture capabilities and just-in-time data library access, the gelfrog is both a journal of student experiences and a window to new worlds.
7:- Canvas Laptop Concept Designed By Kyle Cherry
It is a futuristic concept laptop that is supposed to provide a better quality for the designer and also its said that it will raise the productive rate of the artist. It will feature a very thin touchscreen and the other components will look just about the same but they will be better adjusted.
8:- OLPC Hinged Laptop
The OLPC engineers and partners were most interested in the designs that more closely resembled a traditional laptop. Yet the machine also had to double as an e-book and be easily portable. So as the designers continued to develop the concept through physical models, they evaluated how each possible architecture would perform in each mode and transform between them.
9:- DesCom
Available as part MERE ROTEBURU to display. Placed a strong feeling in the room and suddenly the PC has been expressed in a natural blend with the interior. Keyboard for touch screen technology, in addition to standard keyboard layout and can be. And have a slot on the edge OPUTIKARUDORAIBU. Display, T series and the 22-inch LCD.
10:- Thinkpad reserve edition
Lenovo have a dedicated website for the Thinkpad reserve edition. When IBM handed all of their laptop division to Lenovo, many feared that the classic Thinkpad design would lose its way. While the reserve edition smacks of the type of design common to limited editions it is nonetheless a very interesting machine.
11:- Traveller Laptop by Nikita Golovlev
This is not a laptop purse, but we include it because it shows a foldable screen, something that we are surprised that hasn’t been played around with more in concept designs. Concept design by Nikita Golovlev.
12:- Canova Dual Screen Laptop
The Canova dual screen laptop may look like two chunky light boxes hinged together, but its an idea that is repeated in many concept designs these days, and who knows, perhaps Apple are working on something like this. That would surely blow away the Optimus Maximus keyboard.
13:- HP Concept Laptop
In October 2006 HP’s CTO of the HP Personal Systems Group, Phil McKinney showed several of HP’s recent concept designs. If this laptop prototype is anything to go by then HP have some much nicer designs on the way.
14:- Samsung Amoled Concept
Its concept notebook by Samsung features a unique design which is thin and sleek and a touch-sensitive keyboard which lacks tactile feedback.
15:- The Graphite Executive Laptop Concept
At the heart of the machine are two thin layers of metal. These layers incorporate all of the electromechanical elements needed to drive the computational and software functionality. This substructure element is also secured to the outer metal clamshell rings. These rings help capture the smoked plastic enclosures that seal the unit completely. Since the laptop sends and receives all information wirelessly, it can be seamless with no cracks, crevices, or plugs to allow moisture or debris inside.
16:- Concept Foldable Laptop/PDA
It has been a while since we featured a concept piece on TFTS, primarily because little of what we have come across of late has particularly inspired us – but that’s certainly not the case when it comes to this concept PDA
unit which, from an aesthetic standpoint alone, certainly hits the mark.
17:- LG notebook fuel cell system
Designed for notebooks, the fuel cell will also be able to power handheld devices such as portable media players and mobile phones, LG Chem said, by connecting to their USB ports.
Still, LG Chem’s prototype isn’t exactly compact, as the company’s photos show. It said the fuel-cell unit weighs under 1kg.
18:- MacTab
It is the complement to MyBook in the high-end. The incredibly thin wireless keyboard is used as a protection cover for transportation. It stays in place with a combination of magnets and notches.
19:- Vaio Zoom
Vaio Zoom notebook features a holographic glass screen that goes transparent and a keyboard that turns opaque when turned off. Turn it on and the touchscreen holographic festivities begin.
20:- Macbook 0801
Macbook 0801 concept laptop by Isamu Sanada is more like a black version of the now Macbook Air. It also features an ultra-thin keyboard and a very sleek design.

Top 10 Private Islands Own By Celebrities
Owning an island is the ultimate status symbol; apart from that, these private island kingdoms also afford privacy, peace and tranquility to celebrities who are always in the public eye.
1:-Sir Richard Branson – undoubtly the "King of the Islands". He owns Necker and Moskito Islands, Caribbean Sea; Makepeace Island, Noosa River; Island of England, Dubai.

Talking of private islands, there is no doubt that Richard Branson is the king. Necker and Moskito in the Caribbean Sea belong to Virgin Atlantic owner Richard Branson, the most flamboyant business mogul in Britain. Both have been transformed into resorts of luxury and indulgence.
Necker Island is a 74-acre private paradise nestling in its incredible turquoise waters, with coral reefs and pristine white beaches. The island is often rented out whole by the privileged few. The 120-acre Caribbean island, Moskito is a more recent purchase and is just a mile and a half away from Necker, and cost $10 million.
He also bought Makepeace Island for the staff of Virgin which lies off Australia’s Queensland coast and the Island of England located in Dubai’s manmade world map.
2:- Johnny Depp – Little Halls Pond Cay, Bahamas
This Pirate of the Caribbean fell in love with the Bahamas during the filming of “Pirates of the Caribbean and went ahead and bought his own real-life Caribbean paradise getaway for his family in the Bahamas – Little Hall’s Pond Cay. This 45-acre, one mile long isle is a private island and is part of the Exuma archipelago to the south of Bahamas. It costed him $3.6 million and boasts of the world’s most beautiful reefs, a private harbor, a palm-fringed lagoon and six pristine white sand beaches and is accessible only by a boat, helicopter or seaplane. Recent news that made headlines was that his island will be run on eco-friendly solar power.
3:- Mel Gibson – Mago Island, Fiji
Australian natives find the tropical islands of Fiji a perfect vacation spot. Mel Gibson, himself an Australian, has joined the list of Fijian island owners with the purchase of Mago Island in 2005 for about $15 million. The island is 5,400 acres and is one of the largest private owned islands in the South Pacific. This island is almost completely secluded and uninhabited and the actor left it in its pristine state, except for building a modest residence for his personal use.
4:- David Copperfield – Musha Cay, Bahamas

Magician David Copperfield owns four islands in southern Bahamas, for $50 million. While the 150-acre Musha Cay is where he has his most private resort, the three other islands are used as buffers to ensure maximum privacy. He rents out this island for $325,000 per week and celebrities such as John Travolta and Oprah Winfrey have stayed there. He calls the waters of his island the “fountain of youth,” where he says he has discovered that dead leaves or insects near death come alive. In spite of these claims being met with disbelief, the island is said to be out of this earth with breathtaking beauty.
5:- Aristotle Onassis – Skorpios Island, Greece
Athena Onassis, the granddaughter and sole heir to the Greek shipping magnate Aristotle Onassis fortune now owns Skorpios, the beautiful Greek island. Aristotle and his wife Jackie-O had their wedding on this island in the Lonian Sea. They set the trend for private islands back in the 1960s. Aristotle and his children are buried on this island. Valued at more than $200 million, this most-famous island is not yet for sale, but if it is ever on the market, bidders will have to compete with Madonna who is interested in this.
6:- Leonardo DiCaprio – Blackadore Cay, Belize
Eco advocate Leonardo DiCaprio purchased this sprawling 104-acre, 202 mile long Belizean island in 2005 for $1.75 million. This beautiful island with white sand beaches, coconut trees and rocky outcrops is located near the famous Barrier Reef. It is said that there is no other island in Belize that has the length to install an airstrip. Leonardo plans to turn his island into a small eco-friendly resort and has teamed up with a hotel resort chain, Four Seasons.
7:- Shakira – Bonds Cay, Bahamas
Nothing less than the sprawling 700 acre island called Bonds Cay satisfies Shakira. This huge island costed $16 million and is a combined property of Shakira, Roger Waters of Pink Floyd and Alejandro Sanz the Spanish pop star. They have plans on creating a hub for art and culture in the form of an artists’ retreat with a new-comers gallery and resident artists.
8:- Nicholas Cage – Leaf Cay, Bahamas
It was in the year 2006 that Nicholas Cage purchased this Bahamian island for $3 million. He already owned a luxurious home on Paradise Island. Leaf Cay is part of the Exuma chain of islands and is close to close friend Johnny Depp’s private island as well as near an island that is owned by singers Faith Hill and Tim McGraw. With tropical palms, long sandy beaches and a freshwater pond, this 40-acres is nothing less than a paradise. Rumors are ripe that he is now planning on selling it for $7 million.
9:- Eddie Murphy – Rooster Cay, Bahamas
Eddie Murphy is one of the highest paid actors, so it is only natural that he owns an unspoiled paradise, Rooster Cay, which is also known as Long Cay. He bought this little isle in 2007 for $15 million and it is just a few minutes away from Nassau. Speculation is rife as to whether the actor is going to turn this island into a business like many other celebrity island owners or keep it as his private retreat and a love nest for himself and his wife.
10:- Celine Dion - Île Gagnon, Quebec
This one is nothing like other expensive tropical celebrity islands. This is a little island located in Celine Dion’s home province of Quebec. It is unpretentious, in spite of her being one of the highest paid female performers in history. Located in the Mille Île’s River, her huge French-style chateau is a famous tourist attraction; although, people can only get as close as a boat can take them to this heavily fenced mansion.
The list of celebrities who own private islands is huge. Malcolm Forbes of Forbes Magazine recently sold his 4.71 sq. miles Laucala island to the owner of Red Bull, Dietrich Mateschitz. Then there are others like Brad Pitt and Angeline Jolie who bought an island in “The World,” Dubai (a man-made island). Tony Curtis, Claudia Schieffer, Faith Hill, Robin Williams, Gene Hackman, Steven Spielberg are just a few in the long list of private island owners. Madonna and Richard Gere are said to be on the market looking for Greek islands.
What drives celebrities to buy these islands? Robin Leach of “Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous has his own unique theory. He feels that since we are surrounded by water during our first nine months, we crave for this security throughout our lives and islands provide us that.

Top 10 Items Inspired By Burger

It seems there is no shortage of crazy burger pics and impressive (if not a little gross) works of “hamburger art.” This homage to the all-American love of beef patties is enough to bring a tear to your eye (and cholesterol to your arteries!).
To all our carnivores readers out there – here are our fave Web Hamburgers:
Burger Harly

Two symbols of the United States, the burger and Harley-Davidson motorcycles unite into an incredibly strange looking and most likely smelling combination, the Burger Trike. Hamburger enthusiast Harry Sperl has sacrificed a 1987 Harley-Davidson to create this unique crazy looking thing which has even onion-like rear wheels while the front rim looks like a tomato slice so the menu is complete and ready to be served.
Burger Bed
Texas based fast food fan, Kayla Kromer loves hamburgers so much that she decided that she wanted to be able to sleep in one.The giant burger bed features all the trimmings, with pickle and tomato pillows, lettuce sheets, a cheese slice quilt and a round burger shaped mattress.

Kayla Kromer says that her burger bed was inspired the film Hamburger, in which students sleep in burger-shaped beds. She just could not get the image out of her mind, so decided to embark on a project to build her own.
Hamburger Computer Mouse
Made to look like a delectable cheeseburger with ketchup and a soft, sesame seed bun, this mouse not only moves your cursor around, it makes you hungry too.
Hamburger Slut Panties
Sorry guys, these panties say “only a hamburger can satisfy my needs.” It’s probably not a good idea to get involved with a woman like that anyway.
Hamburger Dress
Who else wants to sink his (Probably /her) teeth right into this crocheted hamburger dress?

Sneaker Burger
Vice magazine asked online creative director Olle Hemmendorff for his take on Nike’s Air Max 90 shoe, and it looks like he really ran with it. I don’t know how appetizing a burger crafted to look like a sneaker would be. Hope it tastes better than it smells.
Lego Burger
Yes I do love Legos and I can not let this list go without a delicious Lego Burger.

Fabric Burger and Fries
A tasty treat of burger and fries made of fabrics.
Burger Cupcakes
These mini-burgers, or sliders come from Smiley’s Sweets and Creations. The buns are vanilla cupcakes, the burgers are bits of chocolate cupcake, lettuce is shredded coconut, and ketchup and mustard are red and yellow icing. A perfect celebration of the American Way of Life!
Turtle Burger
And finally a Yummy photoshopped turtle burger.

Michael Jackson Top 10 Songs All Time

With dozens of chart-topping hits and a worldwide influence, Michael Jackson had a career that’s unlikely to be equaled anytime soon. As we remember the career of the King of Pop, who died today in Los Angeles, here are my selections of the Top 10 Michael Jackson songs from his solo career.
1.Billie Jean
Maybe it’s because it’s the song with which he introduced his signature move, the moonwalk, but this song seems to me the quintessential Michael Jackson song. Catchy, fresh, and a bit edgy and rebellious.
2.Thriller
One of the most brilliant videos of all time, and a cameo by Vincent Price, in an homage to classic horror films.
3. Beat It
A mixture of rock and pop, with the help of Eddie Van Halen.
4. Black or White
Slash provides a guitar solo in this New Jack Swing mixture of hard rock and rap. This racial-unity promoting song is the best single off 1991’s “Dangerous.” It briefly made me think that the 1990s might be as kind to Jackson as the 1980s; sadly this was more a last gasp than a new herald.
5.Don’t Stop til You Get Enough
This first single from Off the Wall introduced the mature Jackson and his songwriting talents to the world. It was also the first to feature his soon-to-be-signature falsetto.
6.Smooth Criminal
The best track from “Bad,” Jackson’s 1987 followup to “Thriller,” features a woman named Annie under attack from a ’smooth criminal.’
7. Wanna Be Startin’ Something
The fourth track from Thriller is side A, song 1. And listening to it, you DO want to be starting something.
8. Man in the Mirror
Social commentary in a catchy package; if you want to make the world a better place, start with yourself.
9. The Way You Make Me Feel
Might not be on most rock critics’ list of essential Jackson, but this optimistic tune from Bad hit No. 1 in 1987.
10.Scream
Jackson did angry well, and here he was reacting to tabloid accusations in this duet with sister Janet Jackson on the HIStory album.
