Women’s dresses or men’s shirts, created from the geographical cards – an idea occurred to Frenchwoman Elisabeth Lecourt and she tried to embody it. In the course went world map, as well as maps of New York, Paris, London and Chelsea.

The collection is called – “Geographical dress” ( “Les Robes Geographiques “) and is more art than design, because these dresses were not created to be worn, but in order to be hung on the wall as decoration. Currently Elizabeth created 60 items of clothing from the map. Basically, it narrow pleated dresses and shirts with buttons.

37-year-old Lekoert lives in London. It is an artist by education and exhibits in New York, Madrid and Brussels.
